Our practices

Corporate, Banking Finance

We advise corporates, sponsors, lenders and management teams on transactions where structure, financing and execution are inseparable.

Our Corporate, Banking Finance practice sits at the centre of our transactional offering – advising the full range of participants in complex domestic and cross-border transactions on both the deal and the financing behind it.

We act on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and restructurings alongside acquisition financings, leveraged and structured finance, fund and asset-level facilities, and tailored financing arrangements. Our clients include founders, boards, sponsors, lenders, borrowers, and institutional investors – often on the same transaction, from different angles.

Financing and corporate advice are never treated in isolation. We work in close coordination with our Tax, Investment Funds Private Wealth teams to ensure that structure, funding, and regulatory alignment are addressed together, not sequentially.

The result is advice that is commercially grounded, execution-focused, and built to hold up over the life of the transaction.
