Our clients include founders, boards, sponsors, lenders, borrowers, and institutional investors – often on the same transaction, from different angles.
Financing and corporate advice are never treated in isolation. We work in close coordination with our Tax, Investment Funds & Private Wealth teams to ensure that structure, funding, and regulatory alignment are addressed together, not sequentially.
